HE-NE激光仪照射联合依美斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨HE-NE激光仪照射联合依美斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效.方法选取2020年2月至2021年1月收治的80例过敏性鼻炎患者为研究对象,依据治疗手段将其分为对照组(依美斯汀治疗)以及观察组(HE-NE激光仪照射联合依美斯汀治疗),每组各40例.分析比较两组治疗效果、以及TLR4、NF-KB、IgE水平.结果观察组治疗有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组72.50%(P<0.05).两组治疗前TLR4、NF-KB水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后TLR4、NF-KB水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗前IgE水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后IgE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论HE-NE激光仪照射联合依美斯汀治疗过敏性鼻炎效果显著,提升治疗有效率,改善TLR4、NF-KB、IgE水平.Objective To study the clinical effects of He-Ne laser irradiation and emestine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods 80 patients with allergic rhinitis treated from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(emestine treatment,n=40)and the observation group according to different treatment methods(He-Ne laser irradiation combined with emestine treatment,n=40).The treatment effects,TLR4,NF-KB,and IgE levels of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%higher than 72.50%of the control group A(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TLR4 and NF KB between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of TLR4 and NF-KB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgE levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the IgE levels in the observation group were lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion He-Ne laser irradiation and emestine are effective in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the levels of TLR4,NF KB and IgE.
