微切口及超声乳化仪进行白内障手术的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究对白内障患者实施微切口超声乳化术的效果.方法回顾性研究2019年12月~2021年5月入院治疗的86例白内障手术患者,随机分组,其中41例设对照组给予小切口非超声乳化技术,其余45例设观察组实施微切口超声乳化术,观察两组患者术后视力水平、炎性指标及并发症发生率和患者满意度.结果观察组术后并发症发生率仅为4.44%,对照组高达21.95%,两组数据对比,P<0.05.行微切口超声乳化术治疗的观察组,患者术后各时段视力水平恢复情况较好,炎性指标水平较低,满意度各指标分值较高,两组数据对比,P<0.05.结论与小切口非超声乳化技术相比,对白内障患者实施微切口超声乳化术更具效果和优势,可提升患者视力水平并降低并发症发生率.Objective To study the effect and value of microincision and ultrasound emulsifier for cataract patients.Methods The study was carried out in a retrospective manner,and the study period was from December 2019 to May 2021.86 patients undergoing cataract surgery in our hospital during the period were included in the group randomly.41 cases were set up as a control group to receive conventional incision phacoemulsification.The remaining 45 cases were set up in the observation group to perform micro-incision phacoemulsification,and the visual acuity level,inflammatory indexes,complication rate and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed after operation.Results The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was only 4.44%,and the control group was as high as 21.95%.The comparison of the data between the two groups was P<0.05.In the observation group who underwent micro-incision phacoemulsification treatment,the patients had better recovery of visual acuity,lower levels of inflammatory indexes,and higher scores of various indexes of satisfaction.The comparison between the two groups of data,P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with conventional incision phacoemulsification,microincision phacoemulsification is more effective and advantageous for cataract patients,which can improve the visual acuity of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
