摘 要:探讨复方抗球虫中药添加剂对肉鸡肠道健全指数和生产性能的影响。选取1日龄健康科宝(Cobb)雏鸡486200只,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组11个重复,每个重复22100只。对照组在1~14日龄日粮中添加盐霉素60 mg/kg,15~35日龄日粮中添加马度米星铵5 mg/kg;试验组在1~35日龄日粮中添加3%复方抗球虫中药。试验周期为38 d。分别在18日龄、26日龄、34日龄采样进行球虫病变和肠道健全指数评估。结果表明,试验组对三种主要球虫病(堆型球虫、巨型球虫与柔嫩球虫)控制效果优于对照组(P<0.01),试验组肉鸡肠道健全指数评分极显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,试验组1~38日龄肉鸡的平均体增重显著提高,每只增加88.67 g(P<0.01),平均料重比改善0.07(P<0.01),欧洲效益指数(EEF)提高28.07(P<0.01)。由此可见,复方抗球虫中药添加剂显著提高了鸡群肠道健全指数和生长性能肉,对鸡球虫病防控效果显著。To study the influence of compound Chinese herbal medicine additive on intestinal integrity and production performance of broilers,a total of 486200 Cobb broilers(1-old-day)were selected and randomly distributed into two different treatment groups with 11 replicates per group and 22100 broiler per replicate.All the basal diet and other feeding conditions were the same.The coccidiostat programs of the control group was salinomycin 60 mg·kg^(-1)(day 1-14)and maduramycin 5 mg·kg^(-1)(day 15-35).The trial group was given 3% compound Chinese herbal medicine additive in feed on day 1-35.It was sampled three times at the key period of chicken life,which was 18 days old,26 days old and 34 days old,then coccidiosis lesions and intestinal integrity index were evaluated.The results indicated that the trial group had much better control of three main kinds of coccidiosis(E.acervulina,E.maxima and E.tenella)than the control group(P<0.01);the intestinal integrity index(I^(2) Index)of the trial group was much higher than the control group(P<0.01),which suggested that chickens from the trial control have better intestinal integrity;the production performance of the trial group was also much better;compared with the control group,average weight gain of the trial group was 88.67 g per bird higher(P<0.01),average FCR was 0.07 lower(P<0.01),European Efficiency Factor(EEF)was 28.07 points higher(P<0.01).In conclusion,the compound Chinese herbal medicine additive could significantly improve the I^(2) index and production performance of broilers through better controlling of broiler coccidiosis.
