摘　　要：为明确岔口驿马产区内马腺疫(equine strangles)和马鼻肺炎(equine rhinopneumonitis,ER)流行情况,保障岔口驿马产业健康稳定发展,特进行血清学调查。按随机采样方式,采集甘肃省天祝县16个乡镇的岔口驿马血清510份,用ELISA方法进行马链球菌(Streptococcus equi,S.equi)和马疱疹病毒(Equine herpesviruse,EHV)抗体检测。结果显示,510份马血清中检测出S.equi抗体阳性血清73份,总阳性率为14.31%;检测出EHV抗体阳性血清66份,总阳性率为12.94%。其中,1岁龄以内马匹S.equi和EHV抗体阳性率分别为1.04%、8.33%,1岁至3岁龄马匹抗体阳性率分别为27.19%、14.04%,3岁至5岁马匹抗体阳性率分别为17.33%、14.67%,5岁以上马匹抗体阳性率分别为10.00%、13.33%,且存在同时检测出S.equi和EHV抗体阳性的情况,混合抗体阳性率为6.27%。岔口驿马产区应针对马腺疫和马鼻肺炎,因地制宜,科学制定防控措施。Serological investigation was carried out to define the epidemic situation of equine strangles and equine rhinopneumonitis(ER)and ensure the healthy and stable development of Chakouyi horses.According to the random sampling method,510 equine serum samples from 16 towns in Tianzhu of Gansu Province were collected and detected by ELISA for antibodies against Streptococcus equi(S.equi)and equine herpesviruses(EHV).The results showed that 73 cases of S.equi antibody and 66 cases of EHV antibody were detected with the total positive rate of 14.31%and 12.94%,respectively.The positive rate of antibody against S.equi and EHV was 1.04%and 8.33%in horses under one year old,27.19%and 14.04%in horses aged one to three years old,17.33%and 14.67%in horses aged three to five years old,and 10.00%and 13.33%in horses over five years old,respectively.The positive rate of mixed antibody was 6.27%in S.equi and EHV cases.In conclusion,the horses in recent years had not been vaccinated in Chakouyi horse producing area,scientific prevention and control measures should be formulated for equine strangles and equine rhinopneumonitis.
