摘  要:针对传统相位测距系统精度不高和结构复杂等缺陷,设计出一种基于FPGA与TDC-GPX2的相位激光测距系统。该系统首先设计了激光发射和接收部分的光学结构,其次设计了硬件系统中的光电检测电路和混频电路,最后采用数字转换芯片TDC-GPX2测量发射信号和反射信号的时间差,并以FPGA为核心处理器进行数字鉴相将时间差转化为相位差,从而求解出测距距离。实验测得的数据和结果表明,该测距系统简单实用且测量性能较高,使用TDC-GPX2芯片可将测距精度控制在毫米量级范围内,满足实际应用需求。Aiming at defects of low precision and complex structure of traditional phase ranging system,a phase laser ranging system based on FPGA and TDC-GPX2 is designed.The optical structures of laser transmitting and receiving part are designed.Secondly,photoelectric detection circuit and mixing circuit in hardware system are designed.Finally,digital conversion chip TDC-GPX2 is used to measure time difference between transmitted signal and reflected signal,and FPGA is used as core processor for digital phase detection to convert time difference into phase difference for calculating ranging distance.The experimental data and results show that ranging system is simple,practical and has high measurement performance.Using TDC-GPX2 chip,the ranging accuracy can be controlled in the range of millimeter to meet the needs of practical application.
