摘　　要：文章提出的“三点”测量螺纹量规中径的方法,符合GB/T 14791—2013螺纹中径的定义,不存在原理误差。牙型半角误差及螺距误差对中径测量不产生影响,中径测量结果与三针法量值的可比性较好。在国产JX13B微机型万能工具显微镜上用影像法、轴切法或干涉法测量时,可以直接显示测量数据和打印测量结果。The“three-point”method of measuring the pitch diameter of thread gauges proposed in this paper meets the requirements in the definition in GB/T14791—2013 for thread pitch diameter,and there is no principle error.The tooth shape half angle error and the pitch error have no influence on the pitch diameter measurement.The comparability between the measurement results of the middle diameter and the three-needle method is good.When measuring by image method,axial cut method or interferometric method on the domestic JX13B microcomputer universal tool microscope,it can directly display the measurement data and print the measurement results.
