摘　　要：以六氯环三磷腈和八对氨基苯基-POSS为反应原料,干法制备POSS基环交联聚磷腈阻燃剂POSS@HCCP,用于阻燃环氧树脂(EP)。结果表明:当POSS@HCCP的添加量为6%,EP/POSS@HCCP的极限氧指数(LOI)达到30.9%,且UL-94通过V-0级,其热释放速率峰值(pHRR)、总热释放量(THR)、总烟气释放量(TSP)分别为477.1 kW/m^(2)、69.5 MJ/m^(2)和23.2 m^(2),相比纯EP,分别降低58.4%、21.4%和49.2%。将EP/POSS@HCCP在水中浸泡72 h后,LOI仍达到30.1%,且UL-94通过V-0级,表现良好的耐水性能。POSS-based cyclomatrix polyphosphazene flame retardant POSS@HCCP was synthesized by dry method for flame retardant epoxy resin,with hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and octa-aminophenyl-POSS as reaction raw materials.The results show that when the addition amount of POSS@HCCP is 6%,the LOI of EP/POSS@HCCP reaches 30.9%,and UL-94 pass V-0 rating.The peak heat release rate(pHRR),total heat release(THR)and total smoke production(TSP)are 477.1 kW/m^(2),69.5 MJ/m^(2) and 23.2 m^(2),respectively,which are 58.4%,21.4%and 49.2%lower than those of pure EP,respectively.After EP/POSS@HCCP is immersed in water for 72 h,the LOI still reaches 30.1%and UL-94 pass V-0 rating,showing good water resistance.
