摘  要:采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对玄武岩纤维(BF)进行预接枝改性处理,得到改性玄武岩纤维(W-BF),W-BF与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)熔融复合,制备改性玄武岩纤维增强高密度聚乙烯复合材料(HDPE/W-BF),研究复合材料的刚性、耐刮擦性能和微观形貌。结果表明:通过超声分散,使KH550成功接枝BF表面。当W-BF含量为8%,HDPE/W-BF的拉伸强度达到57.00 MPa、弯曲强度达到82.33 MPa,磨损失重降至3.2×10^(-8)mm^(3)/(N·m),摩擦系数为0.07,达到最佳耐刮擦性能。W-BF含量为8%时,W-BF在复合材料中的分散最均匀。The basalt fiber(BF)was pre-grafted by silane coupling agent KH550,and the modified basalt fiber(W-BF)was obtained.The W-BF was melt compounded with high density polyethylene(HDPE)to prepare modified basalt fiber reinforced high density polyethylene composites(HDPE/W-BF).The rigidity,scratch resistance and microstructure of the composites were studied.The results show that KH550 is successfully grafted onto BF surface by ultrasonic dispersion.When W-BF content is 8%,the tensile strength of HDPE/W-BF reaches 57.00 MPa,bending strength reaches 82.33 MPa,wear weight loss decreases to 3.2×10^(-8)mm^(3)/(N·m),and friction coefficient is 0.07,which achieves the best scratch resistance.When the content ofW-BF is 8%,the dispersion ofW-BF in composite is the most uniform.
