纳米纤维素表面处理对PMMA复合材料的性能影响研究

摘　　要：以黄麻纤维为原料,利用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)对纳米纤维素(CNF)进行表面处理,得到改性纳米纤维素(MCNF),将MCNF分散至聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA),采用原位悬浮聚合技术制备PMMA/MCNFs复合材料。结果表明:CNF表面被成功修饰。MCNF在PMMA复合材料中具有较好的亲和性和分散性。相较纯PMMA、PMMA/CNFs复合材料,PMMA/MCNFs具有较好的热稳定性,PMMA/MCNFs的拉伸强度和弹性模量均显著提高,界面应力传递明显增强。吸湿5 d,PMMA/CNFs的吸湿率达到6.8%,耐湿性较差。而PMMA/MCNFs吸湿率只有1.1%,耐湿性良好,可以满足实际生产需求。With jute fiber as raw material,cellulose nanofibers(CNF)was surface treated with methyl methacrylate(MMA)to obtain modified cellulose nanofibers(MCNF).MCNF was dispersed into polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA),and PMMA/MCNFs composites were prepared by in-situ suspension polymerization.The results show that CNF surface is successfully modified.MCNF has good affinity and dispersibility in PMMA composites.Compared with pure PMMA and PMMA/CNFs composites,PMMA/MCNFs has better thermal stability.The tensile strength and elastic modulus of PMMA/MCNFs are significantly improved,and the interfacial stress transfer is significantly enhanced.After 5 days of moisture absorption,the moisture absorption rate of PMMA/CNFs reaches 6.8%,and the moisture resistance is poor.However,the moisture absorption rate of PMMA/MCNFs is only 1.1%,the moisture resistance is good,which can meet the actual production needs.
