摘 要:以微晶纤维素(MCC)作为生物基碳源,利用硅烷偶联剂KH550对其进行改性,与APP复配组成阻燃剂,利用熔融共混法制备阻燃聚乳酸(PLA)复合材料,探究复合材料的阻燃性能、热稳定性和力学性能。结果表明:当改性MCC添加量为3%,APP添加量为7%,PLA复合材料的LOI达到35.3%,UL-94测试中通过V-0级。改性MCC和APP复配阻燃明显降低PLA复合材料的热释放速率峰值(pHRR)和总热释放量(THR),较PLA分别降低26.4%和39.1%。APP和改性MCC的加入可以提高PLA复合材料的热稳定性,但PLA复合材料的拉伸强度和冲击强度较纯PLA均略有下降。Microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)was used as bio-based carbon source.MCC was modified by silane coupling agent KH550,and compounded with APP to form flame retardants.Flame retardant polylactic acid(PLA)composites were prepared by melt blending.The flame retardancy,thermal stability and mechanical properties of composites were investigated.The results show that when modified MCC content is 3%and APP content is 7%,the LOI of PLA composite reaches 35.3%,and the UL-94 test passes V-0 rating.The compound flame retardant of modified MCC and APP significantly reduce the peak heat release rate(pHRR)and total heat release(THR)of PLA composites,which are 26.4%and 39.1%lower than those of PLA,respectively.The addition of APP and modified MCC can improve the thermal stability of PLA composites,but the tensile strength and impact strength of PLA composites are slightly decreased compared with pure PLA.
