摘  要:在聚氯乙烯/聚苯醚(PVC/PPO)中添加碳纤维(CF)制备PVC/PPO/CF复合材料,并对其力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性以及耐久性进行研究。结果表明:4号样具有较好的热稳定性,并且其拉伸强度以及冲击强度分别为71.36 MPa和15.5 MPa,相比纯PVC/PPO增加18.11%和24.8%,在所有样品中表现最高。阻燃性能方面,4号样的LOI值为50.1%,并且HRR最低。此外,4号样具有最佳的耐紫外高温老化性能,在老化试验后其拉伸强度和冲击强度下降率分别为7.3%和10.3%,并且具有较好的疏水性,能在实际使用中抵抗液体的腐蚀,提高在实际使用中的适用性。PVC/PPO/CF composite was prepared by adding carbon fiber(CF)to polyvinyl chloride/polyphenylene oxide(PVC/PPO),and its mechanical properties,thermal stability,flame retardancy and durability were studied.The results show that sample 4 has good thermal stability,and its tensile strength and impact strength are 71.36 MPa and 15.5 MPa,respectively.Compared with pure PVC/PPO,sample 4 increase by 18.11%and 24.8%,which is the highest among all samples.In terms of flame retardancy,the LOI value of sample 4 is 50.1%,and the HRR is the lowest.In addition,sample 4 has the best UV high temperature aging resistance.After aging test,its tensile strength and impact strength drop rate are 7.3%and 10.4%respectively.Moreover,it has good hydrophobicity,which can resist liquid corrosion in practical use and improve its applicability in practical use.
