摘  要:为制备一种轻质的具有隔音保温功能的聚氯乙烯(PVC)建筑材料,通过模压发泡法制备碳纳米管(CNTs)掺杂的PVC发泡复合材料,探究CNTs的含量对PVC复合材料的面密度、力学性能、隔音性能和保温性能的影响。结果表明:掺杂2.0%的CNTs的PVC复合材料具有较优的综合性能。相比纯PVC,PVC/CNTs(2.0%)复合材料的拉伸强度提高71.4%,弹性模量提高85.7%,冲击强度提升59.4%,隔音指数提高33.3.0%,导热系数下降44.9 mW/(m·K),保温性能明显提升。In order to prepare a lightweight polyvinyl chloride(PVC)building material with sound and thermal insulation,carbon nanotubes(CNTs)-doped PVC foamed composites was prepared by molding foaming method,and the effects of CNTs content on the areal density,mechanical properties,sound insulation properties and thermal insulation properties of PVC composites were investigated.The results show that the PVC composites doped with 2.0%CNTs has better comprehensive properties.Compared with pure PVC,the tensile strength of PVC/CNTs(2.0%)composite is increased by 71.4%,the elastic modulus is increased by 85.7%,the impact strength is increased by 59.4%,the sound insulation index is increased by 33.3.0%,the thermal conductivity is decreased by 44.9 mW/(m·K),and the thermal insulation performance is significantly improved.
