摘  要:将膨胀石墨(EG)加入可发性聚苯乙烯(EPS)中,制备EPS保温材料,并测试EPS保温材料的导热系数、保温隔热性能、热稳定性和阻燃性能,研究EPS保温材料的节能环保效应。结果表明:EG的加入有助于EPS颗粒内部泡孔形成,提高泡孔的均匀性。随着EG加入量增加,EPS保温材料的导热系数先减小后增大,热稳定性不断提高,阻燃性能不断提高。当EG加入量为6%,EPS保温材料的导热系数最低,为0.0308 W/(m·K),保温隔热性能和热稳定性显著提高,阻燃性达到B1级,与纯EPS相比,极限氧指数(LOI)提高13.4%,总产烟量降低328.28 m^(2)。EPS保温材料具有较好的节能环保效应。Expanded graphite(EG)was added into expanded polystyrene(EPS)to prepare EPS thermal insulation materials.The thermal conductivity,thermal insulation,thermal stability and flame retardancy of EPS thermal insulation materials were tested.The energy saving and environmental protection effect of EPS thermal insulation materials were studied.The results show that the addition of EG contributes to the formation of bubbles in EPS particles and improves the uniformity of bubbles.With the increasing of EG content,the thermal conductivity of EPS insulation materials decreases first and then increases,the thermal stability and flame retardancy are continuously improved.When the EG content is 6%,the thermal conductivity of EPS insulation material is the lowest,which is 0.0308 W/(m·K).The thermal insulation performance and thermal stability are significantly improved,and the flame retardancy reaches B1 level.Compared with pure EPS,the limiting oxygen index(LOI)is increased by 13.4%,and the total smoke production is reduced by 328.28 m^(2).EPS insulation material has good energy saving and environmental protection effect.
