摘 要:基于计算机模拟技术模拟某电机外壳的注塑成型过程,以最大翘曲变形量为目标,探究工艺参数优化方案。通过对比流动前沿温度、注射压力和翘曲变形量,确定最佳的进胶方案。针对初始工艺下最大翘曲变形量不满足要求的问题,设计正交试验并进行分析。结果表明:熔体温度对最大翘曲变形量影响极显著,模具温度和注射压力对最大翘曲变形量影响显著,而保压压力对最大翘曲变形量的影响不显著。优化工艺参数组合为A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(3)。优化工艺下最大翘曲变形量为0.526 mm,相比优化前降低26.8%,并达到设计指标要求。通过实际试模,验证优化工艺具有可行性。Injection molding process of a motor cover was simulated based on computer simulation technology,and the optimization scheme of process parameters aiming at the maximum warpage deformation was explored.Optimal injection scheme was determined by comparing the flow front temperature,injection pressure and warpage deformation.Aiming at problem that maximum warpage deformation under initial process did not meet requirements,orthogonal test was designed and analyzed.The results show that melt temperature has extremely significant effect on the maximum warpage deformation.Mold temperature and injection pressure have significant effects on maximum warpage deformation,while holding pressure has no significant effect on maximum warpage deformation.Optimized process parameter scombination is A_(2)B_(3)C_(2)D_(3).Maximum warpage deformation under optimized process is 0.526 mm,which is 26.8%lower than that before optimization and meets design index requirements.The feasibility of optimization process is verified by actual trial mold.
