摘 要:针对永磁同步电机系统故障诊断问题,提出一种基于统一模型的永磁同步电机开路故障诊断方法。该方法把逆变器和电机看成一个整体,将电压输入离散为开关量组合作用的时间,建立统一电机模型,模拟故障前后的真实电机。实际运行时,将模拟故障前电机状态的健康模型与实际电机输出电流的残差值作为特征量,提取三相残差的比例关系作为故障诊断依据,并以此诊断逆变器开路故障与电机单相开路故障的方法以及所适用的电机类型。通过理论分析,该依据同样适用于当电机电感有一定误差的情况。实验结果表明,该算法在多种工况下都能很好地诊断故障,可靠性高。Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis of permanent magnet synchronous motor system, a unified model-based open-circuit fault diagnosis method of permanent magnet synchronous motor is proposed. This method regard the inverter and the motor as a whole, and the voltage input is discretized into the time of the combined action of the switching quantities, and a unified motor model is established to simulate the health and fault motor. In actual operation, the residual value of the health model of the simulated motor state before the fault and the actual motor output current was used as the feature quantity, and the proportional relationship of the three-phase residual was extracted as the basis for fault diagnosis, and the open-circuit fault of the inverter and the motor were diagnosed based on this. Methods for single-phase open circuit faults and for which motor types are applicable. Through theoretical analysis, the basis is also applicable to the situation when the motor inductance has a certain error. The experimental results show that the algorithm can diagnose faults well under various working conditions and has high reliability.
