摘 要:针对传统无刷双馈电机转子耦合能力差、谐波含量高,导致电机功率密度偏低的问题,提出一种磁场“差调制”条件下运行的无刷双馈发电机转子绕组的通用设计方法。介绍了磁场“差调制”和“和调制”两种无刷双馈电机的工作原理,给出了磁场“差调制”无刷双馈电机转子绕组的设计实例,与6联等匝转子绕组的性能进行了对比,并以1/5对极无刷双馈发电机为例,采用有限元法对电机运行在空载和负载状态下的性能进行了分析,在保持定子侧完全相同的情况下,与转子绕组采用6联等匝的无刷双馈电机在低于自然同步速(600 r/min)和高于自然同步速(900 r/min)两种状态下进行了对比,结果表明采用磁场“差调制”无刷双馈电机转子绕组设计的电机谐波含量低、转子耦合能力强,具有良好的性能指标。A general design method for the rotor winding of a brushless doubly-fed machine operating under“differential modulation”of the magnetic field is proposed.The operating principles of both“differentially modulated”and“sum modulated”brushless doubly-fed machines were presented,and an example of the design of the rotor winding of a brushless doubly-fed machine with a“differentially modulated”magnetic field was given.The performance was compared.Taking the 1/5-pole brushless doubly-fed machine as an example,the finite element method was used to analyze the performance of the machine under no-load and load conditions,while keeping the stator side exactly the same,compared with the brushless doubly-fed machine whose rotor winding adopts 6 equal turns in two states lower than the natural synchronous speed(600 r/min)and higher than the natural synchronous speed(900 r/min).The results show that the design of the rotor winding of the brushless doubly-fed machine with“differential modulation”of the magnetic field has a low harmonic content,a high rotor coupling capacity and good performance indicators.
