鼻康片联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察鼻康片联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取68例慢性鼻窦炎患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组给予克拉霉素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加服鼻康片治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组治疗前后症状积分及血清白细胞介素-4 (IL-4)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、免疫球蛋白E (IgE)水平;比较2组临床疗效。结果:治疗后,2组鼻塞、流脓涕、头晕头痛、嗅觉减退积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组鼻塞、流脓涕、头晕头痛、嗅觉减退积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清IL-4、IL-2、IgE水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组血清IL-4、IL-2、IgE水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率94.12%,高于对照组76.47%(P<0.05)。结论:鼻康片联合克拉霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效较好,可有效缓解患者的临床症状,降低炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bikang tablet combined with clarithromycin for chronic sinusitis.Methods:A total of 68 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group. The control group was treated with clarithromycin, and the observation group was treated with Bikang tablet combined with clarithromycin. Both groups were treated for one month. Symptom scores and levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-2(IL-2) and immunoglobulin E(IgE) before and after treatment as well as clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,thick nasal discharge,dizziness and headache and hyposmia in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the four scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of IL-4,IL-2 and IgE in serum were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the three levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 94.12% in the observation group, higher than that of 76.47% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Bikang tablet combined with clarithromycin has a good curative effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,which can effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce inflammatory factors levels.
