摘　　要：刘保和教授根据《黄帝内经》《难经》理论,结合长期的临床实践及对人体气运动理论的认识,创新性地提出了“奇恒之府”“奇经八脉”为先天,五脏六腑为后天,恶性肿瘤的形成是由于先天出现问题,为“奇邪”外溢导致的“奇病”,应根据临床具体情况先天与后天兼顾的治癌理念。Based on the theory of Huangdi Neijing and Nanjing and combined with long-term clinical practice and the understanding of human qi movement theory,Prof. LIU Baohe,innovatively put forward that the extraordinary fu organs and eight extraordinary vessels are congenital while the five zang organs and six fu organs are postnatal,and that the formation of malignant tumors is due to congenital problems which are extraordinary diseases caused by the overflow of extraordinary pathogens. In clinical treatment, patients should be treated based on the specific clinical situations and combined with congenital and postnatal factors.
