电针联合隔姜灸治疗产后尿潴留临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察电针联合隔姜灸治疗产后尿潴留(PUR)的临床疗效。方法:选取120例PUR患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组各60例。2组均给予温水冲洗会阴、热水熏蒸外阴、听流水声等常规疗法治疗,对照组在此基础上给予开塞露治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用电针联合隔姜灸治疗,2组均治疗3 d。比较2组治疗前后膀胱残余尿量及生活质量;比较2组临床疗效及首次自主排尿时间。结果:治疗后,2组膀胱残余尿量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05),观察组膀胱残余尿量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率93.33%,高于对照组80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组生理、心理、社会关系、环境评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组首次自主排尿时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:电针联合隔姜灸治疗PUR,可有效促进患者排尿,提高其生活质量。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on ginger on the treatment of postpartum urinary retention(PUR). Methods: A total of 120 PUR patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different treatment method, with 60 cases in each group. Both groups were undergone perineum flushing with warm water,vulva fumigating with hot water,listening to the sound of running water and other conventional treatments. The control group was additionally treated with Kaisailu enema,and the observation group was additionally treated with electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on ginger based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three days. Bladder residual urine volume and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical effects and the time of first spontaneous urination were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the bladder residual urine volume in both groups was decreased when compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and the volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group,higher than that of 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of physiology, psychology, social relationship and environment in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The time of first spontaneous urination in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of electroacupuncture combined with moxibustion on ginger for PUR can effectively promote urination and improve the quality of life of patients.
