徐福运用针刺配合手法治疗不安腿综合征经验介绍

摘　　要：徐福主任认为治疗不安腿综合征时要明病因、分标本、察虚实,注重从阴阳、整体以及身心论治,使阴阳相济,以达到调和阴阳的目的。徐主任在临证治疗中主张辨症与辨证相参合、理论与临床相结合。根据具体证型辨证论治,在腧穴的选择上以精妙为原则,在治疗方法上巧用针刺与手法相结合,善于施用抽提法、分刺法与合谷刺法刺激穴位,多种治疗方式相结合,共奏调理脏腑、调和气血、调整阴阳、舒筋活络之效,治疗不安腿综合征疗效显著。Director XU Fu believes that in the treatment of restless legs syndrome,its etiology should be clarified,the superficiality and origin differentiated, and the deficiency and excess detected. Besides, attention should be paid to the syndrome differentiation and treatment of yin and yang,the whole body and mind,making yin and yang coordinated and thus achieving the harmonization of yin and yang. Director XU advocates the combination of symptom differentiation and syndrome differentiation as well as the combination of theory and clinical practice. He carries out syndrome differentiation and treatment according to specific syndrome types,intelligently selects acupuncture points,and skillfully combines the acupuncture and manipulation. He is good at using the out-taking and lifting method,intermuscular needling method and valley union needling method, and combines multiple methods to play the effect of regulating zang-fu organs, harmonizing qi and blood,adjusting yin and yang,and relaxing the sinews and quicken the collaterals. In the treatment of restless legs syndrome,the therapeutic effect of his treatment method is significant.
