浅析虫类药治疗妇人癥瘕历史沿革及应用机理

摘　　要：虫类药有攻坚破积、活血化瘀、行气和血、补益培本的治疗作用,历代医家用虫类药治疗妇人癥瘕积累了丰富的经验。从中医学角度分析,虫类药有搜剔通络、以毒攻毒、引药入经的作用;虫类药乃血肉有情之品,走窜通达,无微不入,无坚不破,具有草木、矿物之类不能比拟之功效,明确其作用机理,临床应用可获得确切疗效。临床配伍应用时要把握剂量,警惕过敏反应,中病即止。Worm medicine can attack and break up the abdominal masses,invigorate blood and dissolve stasis,move qi and harmonize blood,supplement and cultivate healthy qi. Chinese medicine practitioners of all dynasties accumulated rich experience in treating lower abdominal masses with worm medicine. From the theoretical point of Chinese medicine,worm medicine has the functions of searching the masses and unblocking collaterals,combating toxin with toxin and guiding the effects of herbs to specific channels;worm medicine can meticulously go through the whole body and effectively break up the masses, whose therapeutic effect is incomparable to that of vegetation medicine and mineral medicine. Once its mechanism of action is clear, the exact curative effect can be obtained in clinical practice. When combining medicine,attention should be paid to the dosage to prevent allergy,and stop using as soon as the medicine works.
