脾阴理论在溃疡性结肠炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：医家论治溃疡性结肠炎多详于脾阳,而略于脾阴,现就脾阴的源流及生理功能、溃疡性结肠炎与脾阴虚,以及基于脾阴理论的治法方药等方面进行论述。分析认为,脾阴虚为发病之本,饮食失调、忧思劳倦、六淫邪气、久病虚损及过用温燥均可损耗脾阴,使脾阴更虚。中医论治君以甘淡平补,臣以温中益阴,佐以酸甘化阴,合以行血和络、护膜生肌之品,可收良效。Physicians treating ulcerative colitis focus more on spleen yang than spleen yin. This paper discusses the origin and physiological function of spleen yin,ulcerative colitis and spleen yin deficiency,as well as the treatments,methods,prescriptions and medicinals based on spleen yin theory. The analysis shows that spleen yin deficiency is the origin of the disease. Eating disorders,worry and fatigue,six pathogenic factors and pathogenic qi,deficiency due to long-term disease and excessive use of warm dryness can all consume spleen yin,thus causing more deficiency in spleen yin. In the Chinese medicine treatment,the sovereign medicinals are sweet and bland for neutral supplementation,the minister medicinals are to warm the center and boost yin,the assistant medicinals are sour and sweet to form yin,combined with the products of promoting blood circulation and activating collaterals, as well as protecting membrane and promote tissue regeneration,which can achieve good results.
