摘 要:本文通过对国内中医智能辨证诊断研究历程的梳理,系统总结了不同阶段中医智能辨证诊断的技术特点,并对基于经验知识的推理到基于机器学习的数字辨证模型构建的代表性成果进行了阐述,对技术演进过程涉及的主要技术在未来中医智能辨证诊断研究中的前景、难点和挑战提出了一些观点及相关设想,以期为未来中医智能辨证诊断在方法、模型、技术方面的进一步研究提供思路。Based on the analysis of the research process of intelligent syndrome differentiation diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper summarized the technical characteristics of intelligent syndrome differentiation diagnosis of TCM at different stages.The representative achievements of the digital dialectical model construction based on the technology of empirical knowledge reasoning or machine-learning were described.The prospect of intelligent technology in intelligent syndrome differentiation of TCM in the future was discussed,and the views and related ideas on the difficulties and challenges were also proposed.It can provide ideas for further research on methods,models and technologies of intelligent syndrome differentiation diagnosis of TCM in the future.
