摘 要:为提高艾草纤维的抗菌效果,应用超声波辅助提取技术从艾草中提取总黄酮,采用单因素实验考察提取时间、提取温度、料液比、乙醇体积分数等条件对艾草总黄酮提取率的影响,采用响应曲面分析法,研究艾草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果表明:乙醇体积分数、料液比及提取温度对总黄酮提取率的影响较大,影响大小顺序为料液比>乙醇体积分数>提取温度,艾草总黄酮提取率随着料液比和提取温度的增加而增大,随着乙醇体积分数的增加先增大后降低;超声波辅助提取艾草总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为艾草粉碎100目、乙醇体积分数50%、提取温度80℃、提取时间20 min、料液比1∶40(g/mL)、提取次数3次,在此条件下艾草总黄酮的提取率可达167.02 mg/g。In order to improve the antibacterial effect of Artemisia argyi fiber,total flavonoids was ectracted from Artemisia argyi by the ultrasonic assisted extraction technology,the effects of extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and alcohol concentration on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi were investigated by single factor experiment,and the best extraction technology was studied by response surface analysis.The results showed that alcohol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature had great influence on the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi,and the order of influence was solid-liquid ratio>ethanol volume fraction>extraction temperature;the extraction rate of total flavonoids increased with the increase of solid-liquid ratio and extraction temperature,and first increased and then decreased with the increase of ethanol volume fraction;the optimum technological conditions for ultrasonic assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi were as follows:Artemisia argyi crushing 100 mesh,ethanol volume fraction 50%,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 20 min,solid-liquid ratio 1∶40(g/mL)and extraction times 3 times.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia argyi could reach 167.02 mg/g.
