摘　　要：粮食产量统计是明确国内粮食供给能力、衡量国家粮食安全水平的基础。本文通过阐述中国、美国、日本、韩国的粮食产量统计过程和具体方法,总结对比中国与其粮食统计的主要差异,全面客观地认识中国当前粮食产量统计能力和所处水平。结果表明:中国粮食产量统计在准确性方面与发达国家不存在明显差距,在统计过程和统计方法上可确保统计结果的客观性、科学性和准确性;但在统计调查难度、政策支持强度、统计频次、职能侧重方面与美国等发达国家存在差异。因此,要重视事前统计、加大资金扶持力度、引导社会科学认识、加强统计研究分析,全面促进中国粮食产量统计能力和统计水平的提升。Grain production statistics are the basis for determining the capacity of domestic grain supply and measuring the level of national food security.By describing the process and specific methods of grain production statistics in China,the United States,Japan and South Korea,the main differences of grain statistics between China and other countries are summarized and compared,and the current capability and level of grain production statistics in China are comprehensively and objectively understood.The results show that there is no obvious gap between China’s grain production statistics and developed countries in terms of accuracy,and the statistical process and methods can ensure the objectivity,scientificity and accuracy of the statistical results;however,there are differences between China and other developed countries in terms of the difficulty of statistical surveys,the intensity of policy support,the frequency of statistics and the focus of functions.Therefore,it is necessary to attach importance to preliminary statistics,increase financial support,guide the scientific understanding of society,and strengthen statistical research and analysis,so as to comprehensively promote the improvement of China’s grain production statistics capacity and statistical level.
