摘　　要：目的探讨高流量湿化吸氧在气管切开患者脱机中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2019年9月—2020年8月在郑州大学第一附属医院接受治疗的80例气管切开患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者脱机后采用普通气泡氧气湿化装置供氧,观察组患者脱机后采用高流量湿化氧疗设备供氧。比较两组患者脱机后痰液黏稠度及脱机成功率。结果观察组患者脱机后痰液黏稠度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(Z=2.221,P=0.026)。观察组患者脱机成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.952,P=0.015)。结论高流量湿化吸氧能够降低气管切开患者脱机后的痰液黏稠度,提高脱机成功率。Objective To explore the application effect of humidified high-flow oxygen therapy during weaning form ventilation in tracheotomy patients.Methods Using the convenient sampling method,a total of 80 patients with tracheotomy who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group by the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were provided with ordinary bubble oxygen humidification device after weaning,while patients in the observation group were provided with high-flow humidified oxygen therapy device after weaning.The sputum viscosity after weaning and the success rate of weaning were compared between the two groups.Results The sputum viscosity of the observation group after weaning was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Z=2.221,P=0.026).The success rate of weaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.952,P=0.015).Conclusions Humidified high-flow oxygen therapy can reduce the sputum viscosity of tracheotomy patients after weaning and improve the success rate of weaning.
