健脾固肾汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的 探究健脾固肾汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法 选择2017年8月至2020年5月收治的200例糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,根据单双号编号法随机将其分为对照组和试验组,各100例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用健脾固肾汤加减与穴位贴敷治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、肾功能指标、血糖指标、中医症状积分、凝血功能指标。结果 试验组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的SCr、CysC、BUN水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的SCr、CysC、BUN水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的HbA1c、2 h PG、FPG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的HbA1c、2 h PG、FPG水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的腰膝酸痛、口渴喜饮、畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的腰膝酸痛、口渴喜饮、畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力积分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前、后,两组的APTT、PT比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 健脾固肾汤加减与穴位贴敷联合用于糖尿病肾病能够提高治疗效果,更好地改善患者的血糖、肾功能指标水平,促进疾病症状减轻,且不会对患者的凝血功能造成明显影响。Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Jianpi Gushen decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 200 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted from August 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group according to odd-even numbering method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with modified Jianpi Gushen decoction and acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,blood glucose indexes,TCM symptom scores and coagulation function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.00% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of SCr,CysC and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SCr,CysC and BUN in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of HbA1c,2 h PG and FPG between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of HbA1c,2 h PG and FPG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of waist and knee pain,thirst and drinking,chilly limbs and mental fatigue between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of waist and knee pain,thirst and drinking,chilly limbs and mental fatigue in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower t
