聚焦解决模式对LDH术后恐动症患者疼痛程度、恐动程度及不良情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨聚焦解决模式在腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后恐动症患者中的应用效果。方法 采用便利抽样法选取2020年9月至2021年4月宁夏某三甲医院102例LDH术后恐动症患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和试验组,各51例。对照组接受常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上接受聚焦解决模式。比较两组的疼痛程度、恐动程度、不良情绪。结果 干预后,试验组的VAS、TSK评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,试验组的SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 聚焦解决模式能有效降低LDH术后恐动症患者的疼痛程度、恐动程度,缓解其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪。Objective To explore the effect of solution focused approach in patients with phobia after lumbar disc herniation(LDH) surgery.Methods A total of 102 patients with phobia after LDH surgery in a third class hospital in Ningxia from September 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received solution focused approach on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,fear degree and unhealthy emotions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the VAS and TSK scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Solution focused approach can effectively reduce the pain degree and fear degree of patients with phobia after LDH surgery,and alleviate their unhealthy emotions such as anxiety and depression.
