体位管理结合综合性保温对麻醉恢复室患者血流动力学指标及不良事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨体位管理结合综合性保温对麻醉恢复室患者血流动力学指标及不良事件发生率的影响。方法 选择2020年4月至2020年11月我院接收的76例麻醉恢复室患者,根据护理方案将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组术后给予常规麻醉恢复室护理,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施体位管理结合综合性保温。比较两组的干预效果。结果 入室后,观察组的收缩压、舒张压及心率均高于对照组和入室前(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组入室15、30 min的苏醒质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组入室30 min的舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将体位管理结合综合性保温用于麻醉恢复室患者的护理中,能改善血流动力学指标,降低不良事件发生率,提高苏醒质量及舒适度。Objective To explore the effects of postural management combined with comprehensive temperature preserving on hemodynamic indexes and incidence of adverse events in patients in anesthesia recovery room.Methods Seventy-six patients in the anesthesia recovery room received by our hospital from April 2020 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the nursing plan,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine anesthesia recovery room nursing after operation,and the observation group was given postural management combined with comprehensive temperature preserving on the basis of the nursing scheme of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After entering the room,the systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and before entering the room(P <0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery quality score of the observation group after entering the room for 15 and 30 min was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the comfort score of the observation group after entering the room for 30 min was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Postural management combined with comprehensive temperature preserving in the nursing of patients in anesthesia recovery room can improve the hemodynamic indexes,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and improve the quality and comfort of awakening.
