医务人员个人防护认知实践现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 了解医务人员个人防护的认知实践现状,并分析其影响因素,为提高医务人员的个人防护水平提供参考。方法 对商洛市综合医院的494名医务人员个人防护认知实践现状进行问卷调查。结果 商洛市综合医院医务人员的个人防护认知得分(8.18±1.17)分,个人防护态度得分(56.30±4.20)分,个人防护行为得分(44.39±5.84)分。医务人员个人防护认知得分处于中水平,个人防护态度和行为得分处于高水平。单因素分析结果显示,不同接受培训的次数、领导对医务人员个人防护的重视程度、医务人员自身对个人防护的重视程度医务人员的个人防护认知、态度、行为得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,接受培训的次数、医务人员自身对个人防护的重视程度是影响医务人员个人防护认知、态度及行为得分的主要因素,领导对医务人员个人防护的重视程度是影响医务人员个人防护态度及行为得分的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 医务人员个人防护态度积极主动、防护行为良好,但认知水平有待进一步提升,建议医疗机构应加强对医务人员个人防护知识的培训,管理者应重视医务人员个人防护工作,进一步提升医务人员个人防护认知实践水平。Objective To understand the current situation of medical staff’s personal protection cognition and practice and analyze its influencing factors,and to provide reference for improving medical staff’s personal protection level.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on current situation of medical staff’s personal protection cognition and practice among 494 medical staff in Shangluo general hospital.Results The scores of medical staff’s personal protection cognition,attitude and behavior in Shangluo general hospital were(8.18 ±1.17),(56.30±4.20) and(44.39±5.84) points,the score of medical staff’s personal protection cognition was at the medium level,and the scores of personal protection attitude and behavior were at the high level.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of personal protection cognition,attitude and behavior of medical staff with different training times,leaders’ emphasis degree on personal protection of medical staff and medical staff’s emphasis degree on personal protection(P <0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of training and the medical staff’s emphasis degree on personal protection were the main factors affecting the scores of medical personnel’s personal protection cognition,attitude and behavior,and the leaders’ emphasis degree on personal protection of medical staff was the main factor affecting the scores of medical staff’s personal protection attitude and behavior(P <0.05).Conclusion The attitude of medical staff’s personal protection is positive and active,the behavior of personal protection is good,but the level of cognition needs to be further improved.It is suggested that medical institutions should strengthen the training of personal protection knowledge of medical staff,managers should attach importance to the work of personal protection of medical staff,in order to improve the level of cognition and practice of personal protection of medi
