摘  要:为合理开发与利用黄麻资源,试验利用甲醇-盐酸溶液对3种黄麻叶进行水解,并分别对水解液进行总黄酮、黄酮醇类组分含量及酪氨酸酶活性抑制测定分析。结果表明:黄德深红皮(Corchorus capsularis)、巴麻72-3(Corchorus olitorius)、中黄麻4号(C.olitorius)叶的水解液中总黄酮含量分别为92.76、35.51、37.36 mg/g;黄酮醇类主要组分山奈酚含量相应分别为1.38、1.01、0.36 mg/g;酪氨酸酶活性抑制能力IC_(50)值相应分别为4.24、5.04、5.67 mg/mL。黄麻叶水解产物均含有一定量的黄酮类化合物,且能明显地抑制酪氨酸酶活性,故黄麻叶具有潜在的深加工价值。In order to explore the comprehensive exploitation and utilization of jute resources,flavones and flavonols from jute leaves of 3 specieswere extracted under methanol-hydrochloric acid condition,then the component contents of flavones and flavonols were detected.Results showed that the contents of flavones from Huangdeshenhongpi(Corchorus capsularis),Bama72-3(Corchorus olitorius),and Zhonghuangma-4(C.olitorius)were 92.76 mg/g,35.51 mg/g and 37.36 mg/g respectively;meanwhile,the contents of kaempferol(the main component of flavonols)from Huangdeshenhongpi,Bama72-3,and Zhonghuangma-4 were 1.38 mg/g,1.01 mg/g and 0.36 mg/g respectively.In addition,the IC_(50) value of tyrosinase-inhibiting activities of the extracts from Huangdeshenhongpi,Bama72-3 and Zhonghuangma-4 were 4.24 mg/mL,5.04 mg/mL and 5.67 mg/mL respectively.In conclusion,the extracting solutions of jute leaves contained a certain number of flavones and flavonols,and owed significant tyrosinase-inhibiting activities,which suggested that it is more beneficial to explore its deep-processing value.
