摘 要:以陇亚14号为试验材料,对其进行3种不同浓度(5、10、15 mL/L)的盖草能处理,然后对其形态特征进行分析,利用qRT-PCR检测盖草能靶标基因AccA在不同处理下的相对表达量,最后进行相关分析。结果显示,均匀喷施10 mL/L盖草能药剂对陇亚14号相对安全,对植株虽有药害但基本可以恢复正常生长,喷施5 mL/L盖草能对植株基本无伤害,喷施15 mL/L盖草能出现严重药害,植株难以恢复正常生长且较前两种处理矮小;植株枯萎率随盖草能浓度的增加而增加;AccA基因的表达量在盖草能处理后呈先增后减的趋势,且在喷施15 mL/L盖草能24 h后的叶片中表达量最高。相关性分析结果表明,植株枯萎率与药剂浓度呈显著正相关(p<0.05),处理时间与株高呈极显著正相关(p<0.01)。该研究为科学合理使用盖草能提供理论依据,为进一步培育抗盖草能胡麻种质资源奠定基础。To investigate the effects of Haloxyfop-r-methyl on flax growth and the expression pattern of target genes,the morphological characteristics and relative expression of AccA in Longya 14 with three different concentrations(5 mL/L,10 mL/L,15 mL/L)of haloxyfop-r-methyl treatments were analyzed,and then the correlation analysis was carried out.The results showed that 10 mL/L haloxyfop-r-methyl was safe for Longya 14,the plants could basically recover despite of phytotoxicity.5 mL/L haloxyfop-r-methyl had no obvious negative impacts on the plants,but 15 mL/L haloxyfop-r-methyl could cause serious phytotoxicity with a shorter plant height compared with the other treatments.With the increasing of haloxyfop-r-methyl concentration,the withering rate of plants increased.The expression level of AccA increased at first and then decreased after haloxyfop-r-methyl treatment,and the highest expression level was found after 24 h of spraying 15 mL/L haloxyfop-r-methyl.The results of correlation analysis showed that the withering rate of plants was positively correlated to the concentration of haloxyfop-r-methyl(p<0.05),and the treatment time was positively correlated to plant height(p<0.01).
