摘　　要：党的十八大,特别是党的十九大以来,中国文化与经济融合发展进入加速期。文化与经济融合发展,既有经济基础与上层建筑、矛盾论和辩证发展观、有效市场与有为政府等理论基础,也有文化强国战略、区域协调发展战略、乡村振兴战略和双循环战略等战略支撑。在二者加持下,文化与经济融合发展迎来了重要战略机遇。文化与经济融合发展,未来发展方向是:文化引领作用进一步增强、一体化趋势加快形成、协同创新发展始终是主旋律、融合催生新业态新场景、人类命运共同体是终极价值取向。可采取做好战略定位和规划设计、推进区域协同和产业融合、加强区域治理和园区治理、凝聚文化认同和提升精神动力等政策措施,实现路径优化,从而促进文化与经济融合发展。The Chinese culture and its economy have been developing while integrating with each other,and this trend has been at a fast pace since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is taking it into a new phase of acceleration.The integration and development of Chinese culture and economy is not only founded upon the theory of economic base and superstructure,the theory of contradiction and dialectic development and the theories of efficient market and capable government,but it is also supported by the strategy of building a culturally strong country,the regional coordinated development strategy,the rural vitalization strategy and the"dual circulation"strategy.This trend is currently facing a significant opportunity with both theoretical and strategic supports.There are expected to be five major characteristics of the next phase of this trend,including enhancing the leading function of Chinese culture,accelerating the pace of integration,maintaining the major role of innovative developments in a coordinative way,the emergence of new business models and scenarios through integration,and a community with a shared future for mankind as the ultimate goal.In order to promote the integration and development,the local governments are advised to clarify their strategic positions and devise a proper plan accordingly,promote regional coordination and industrial integration,enhance regional governance and the management of industrial parks,unify cultural recognition and promote inner motivations,while keeping path optimization throughout the process.
