摘 要:以聚丙烯腈(PAN)为碳源,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)为硫源,采用静电纺丝和高温碳化,制备了氮硫共掺杂多孔碳纳米纤维(N,S-SCNFs)。采用场发射扫描电镜、透射电镜、比表面及孔隙度分析仪、X射线衍射仪对材料进行表征。将N,S-SCNFs悬浊液滴涂在裸玻碳电极(GCE)表面,得到N,S-SCNFs/GCE修饰电极。采用循环伏安法研究盐酸地芬尼多(DH)在N,S-SCNFs/GCE上的电化学发光行为。最佳条件下,DH在5.0×10^(-7)~3.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1)浓度范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9980,检出限为2.89×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)。采用加入回收法对盐酸地芬尼多片中DH进行了检测,加标回收率为98.00%~103.11%,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5.0%。Using polyacrylonitrile(PAN)as carbon source and sodium thiosulfate(Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3))as sulfur source,nitrogen and sulfur co-doped porous carbon nanofibers(N,N-SCNFs)were prepared by electrospinning and high temperature carbonization.Scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope and automatic specific surface area and porosity analyzer were used to access the morphology of the product.The materials were also characterized by BET,x-ray diffraction and xplora plus laser confocal Raman spectroscopy.N,N-SCNFs modified electrode was prepared by dropping N,N-SCNFs suspension on the surface of bare glassy carbon electrode.The electrochemiluminescence behavior of Difenidol hydrochloride on N,N-SCNFs modified glassy carbon electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry.Under the optimum conditions,the concentration of difenidol hydrochloride was linear with the peak current in the range of 5.0×10^(-7)-3.0×10^(-5)mol·L^(-1),the correlation coefficient was 0.9980,and the limit of detection was 2.89×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1).The recovery of difenidol hydrochloride in difenidol hydrochloride tablets was 98.00%-103.11%,RSD<5.0%.
