摘  要:建立了简便、准确测定药物中拉米夫定的褪色分光光度法。在弱碱性溶液中,四溴间甲酚磺酚酞与拉米夫定以静电结合发生褪色反应,生成的离子缔合物在可见光区550 nm和655 nm处产生两个较大的褪色峰,在这两个波长处,方法检出限(3S_(b)/S)为0.028 mg/L(555 nm)、0.032 mg/L(655 nm)和0.015 mg/L(双波长法,555 nm+655 nm),线性范围均为0.04~3.7 mg/L。用双波长法测定时,回收率为97.4%~103%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.9%~3.7%。该方法简便、快速,适于市售拉米夫定药物中拉米夫定的测定。A simple and highly accurate fading spectrophotometric method for the determination of lamivudine in drugs was established.In a weakly alkaline solution,tetrabromointercresol sulfonophenolphthalein reacted with lamivudine and underwent a fading reaction by electrostatically binding,the resulting ion association complex had two large fading peaks at 550 nm and 655 nm in the visible region.At these two wavelengths,the detection limits(3S_(b)/S) of the method were 0.028 mg/L(555 nm),0.032 mg/L(655 nm) and 0.015 mg/L(dual wavelength method,555 nm+655 nm),respectively,and their linear ranges were all from 0.04 to 3.7 mg/L.When measured by dual-wavelength method,the recoveries were 97.4%-103%,and relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=5) were 1.9%-3.7%.The method was simple,rapid,and suitable for the quantitative detection of lamivudine in commercially available lamivudine drugs.
