摘 要:目的:探究维生素D辅助重组人生长激素治疗儿童生长激素缺乏症的效果以及患儿骨代谢指标变化情况。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年1月张掖市第二人民医院收治的生长激素缺乏症患儿68例,随机数字法均分为对照组和试验组,各34例。对照组接受重组人生长激素治疗,试验组接受维生素D辅助重组人生长激素治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗总有效率、骨代谢指标、甲状腺功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果:对照组患者治疗有效率,碱性磷酸酶、骨钙素、Ⅰ型骨胶原C终端端肽、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离四碘甲状腺原氨酸水平低于试验组,促甲状腺激素水平高于试验组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在儿童生长激素缺乏症临床治疗中联合使用维生素D与重组人生长激素可获得理想疗效。Objective: To investigate the effect of vitamin D assisted recombinant human growth hormone in the treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency and the changes of bone metabolism indicators in children. Methods: A total of 68children with growth hormone deficiency admitted to Zhangye Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected. They were divided into two groups by random number method, with 34 children in each group. The control group received recombinant human growth hormone treatment and the experimental group received vitamin D assisted recombinant human growth hormone treatment. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, bone metabolism indicators, thyroid function indicators and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of treatment,BAP, osteocalcin, type Ⅰ collagen C-terminal telopeptide, free triiodothyronine, free tetraiodothyronine levels in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group, and the levels of thyrotropin were higher than those in the experimental group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of vitamin D and recombinant human growth hormone in the clinical treatment of children with growth hormone deficiency can achieve an ideal effect.
