扁桃体切除手术患者开展品质链服务的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察品质链服务在扁桃体切除术中的应用价值。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年8月收治的扁桃体切除术患者80例作为研究对象,随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规干预,观察组给予品质链服务,干预后比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:观察组术后出血程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 d、3 d、出院前1 d疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用品质链服务模式对扁桃体切除术患者进行护理干预,可促进患者预后恢复,对患者疼痛改善有积极意义。Objective: To observe the application significance of quality chain service in tonsillectomy. Methods: Eighty tonsillectomy patients admitted from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention and the observation group received quality chain service. The clinical effect after intervention in two groups was compared. Results: The degree of postoperative bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d after surgery, 3 d after surgery and 1 d before discharge, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The formation time of pseudomembrane, wound healing time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of quality chain service mode for nursing intervention in patients with tonsillectomy can promote the prognosis recovery, and has positive significance for pain improvement of patients.
