摘 要:本文浅析了炼焦钢产业链围绕炼焦煤使用的矛盾,阐述了沿海港口新建焦煤配煤基地的积极意义。沿海港口配煤过程已成为煤炭产业链中的重要环节,自动化配煤控制系统有利于保证煤炭掺配精度,提高客户服务质量。本文结合山西焦煤煤焦销售有限公司日照配煤基地项目,总结了自动化配煤控制系统的设计方案,详细介绍了原料焦煤进仓配煤流程、堆场自动堆取料流程、成品焦煤出堆场装船流程及与依托项目的流程连锁控制。本工程自动化配煤控制系统的应用为后续相似工程提供了可行经验。The contradiction between the use of coke and coke industry chain is analyzed,which shows the significance of coke blending bases built in coastal ports.The process of blending coal in coastal ports has become an important link of coal industry chain.Automatic coal blending system is conducive to the assurance of coal blending accuracy and improves the quality of servicing customers.Based on Rizhao coal blending base project owned by Shanxi Coke Sales Co.,Ltd.,the design strategy of automatic coal blending system is summarized,including the processes of feeding and blending raw coking coal,automatic stacking and reclaiming for storage yard,ship-loading product coke as well as interlocking control of the whole process.The above application will provide experience for similar projects in the future.
