基于网络文本分析的大连金石滩游客感知形象研究

摘　　要：金石滩国家旅游度假区是国家级风景名胜区,通过探究旅游者对金石滩旅游形象的感知,运用网络文本分析法及IPA分析法,对金石滩景区的携程网评价及马蜂窝游记进行高频词分析、语义网络分析、情感分析、景区形象感知分析和IPA分析。结果表明游客对金石滩整体情感呈现积极的情绪,游客对金石滩旅游环境、旅游景区及旅游体验都较为满意,但在公共交通、景区管理等方面都有待提升。最后通过分析整体游客感知形象评价结合研究结果,对金石滩旅游度假区的旅游发展提出建议。Jinshitan beach national tourist resort is a national scenic spot.By exploring the perception of tourist image,using network text analysis and IPA analysis,it conducts high-frequency word analysis,semantic network analysis,image perception analysis and analysis of IPA analysis.The results show that the tourists show a positive mood for the overall emotion of Jinshitan Beach,and the tourists are relatively satisfied with the tourist environment,tourist attractions and tourism experience,but the public transportation and scenic spot management need to be improved.Finally,the paper analyzes the tourism development of the tourist resort.
