朱集西煤在SE-东方炉上的应用

摘　　要：简述SE-东方炉粉煤气化装置的工艺流程,介绍朱集西煤理化特性及添加助熔剂对朱集西煤煤灰熔融特性的影响。研究了不同比例朱集西煤配煤对气化性能的影响,给出了朱集西煤应用于SE-东方炉的最优配煤比例。The paper described the process of SE-Dongfang coal gasification plant,introduced the physical and chemical properties of Zhujixi coal and the effects of additives on the melting characteristics of coal ash.Gasification performance of coal blended with different proportion of Zhujixi coal is studied,and the optimal ratio for SE-Dongfang Gasifier is given.
