摘 要:在废热锅炉型气化流程中从引入汽提蒸汽和降低蒸发热水塔操作压力优化流程,得到较合理的汽提蒸汽加入量和较适宜的蒸发热水塔操作压力,对比了两种方案的效果和各自的优缺点。结果表明:两种优化方案对提高蒸发热水塔中H_(2)S脱除效率、高温热水温度,水洗塔出口粗合成气温度和水气比都有明显的作用;采用适宜塔压还可以降低外排废水量和闪蒸系统循环水用量;引入汽提蒸汽的方案对流程调整较小,而采用降低压力的方案需要调整设备布置方案或增加黑水加压泵。Introducing stripped steam into the quench gas process of an entrained flow with waste heat boiler,or reducing the operating pressure of the evaporative hot water tower,the more reasonable amount of steam added and more suitable operating pressure of the evaporative hot water tower were obtained.The effects of the two schemes and their respective advantages and disadvantages were comprehensively compared.The calculation results show that the two optimization schemes have obvious effects on improving the removal efficiency of H_(2)S in the evaporative hot water tower,the hot water temperature,the crude syngas temperature and the water-to-gas ratio at the outlet of the washing tower;the use of suitable tower pressure can also reduce the amount of discharged wastewater and the amount of circulating water in the flash system;the scheme of introducing stripped steam has less adjustment to the process,while the scheme of reducing pressure requires adjusting the equipment layout scheme or increasing the black water pressurized pump.
