摘  要:以煤为原料生产氢气和燃料气是炼化企业降低原油用量、减少原料成本的有效途径之一,在生产流程和产品规格上有多种选择,根据某项目实际需求,对比分析不同煤制氢装置联产燃料气的工艺路线。通过对各工艺路线的技术可靠性、经济性等方面对比分析,指出耐硫甲烷化工艺生产高热值燃料气路线在产品品质方面具有较大优势,但受目前技术水平限制经济性略差。Using coal as raw material to produce hydrogen and fuel gas is one of the effective ways for refining and chemical enterprises to reduce crude oil consumption and raw material cost,but there are many choices in production process and product specifications.According to the actual needs of a project,this paper compares and analyzes the process routes of CO production of fuel gas from different coal hydrogen production units,compares and analyzes the technical reliability and economy of each process route.It is pointed out that the route of producing high calorific value fuel gas by sulfur resistant methanation process has great advantages in product quality,but limited by the current technical level,the economy is slightly poor.
