摘　　要：目的评价光电治疗对中国人群创伤性瘢痕的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月接受2次及以上光电治疗的3384例患者的临床资料。采用瘢痕温哥华量表评分法评价疗效,通过电话随访评估安全性和患者满意度。对光电治疗有效性的相关因素进行分析。结果治疗后3个月随访,光电治疗创伤性瘢痕的有效率为89.27%。治疗过程中患者疼痛及一过性红斑发生率为11.67%,多数轻微,无严重不良反应发生。面部和四肢的非张力部位瘢痕、早期治疗、3次及以上治疗等因素与光电治疗的疗效呈正相关(P<0.01)。患者满意度为90.83%。结论光电治疗的早期干预对中国人群创伤性瘢痕的临床疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of photoelectric therapy for traumatic scars in a Chinese population.Methods A total of 3384 patients who underwent photoelectric therapy(2 times or more)from January 2018 to December 2020 were collected.The curative effect was evaluated by VSS value,and the safety and patient satisfaction were evaluated by telephone follow-up.The factors related to the effectiveness of photoelectric therapy were analyzed.Results The effective rate of photoelectric therapy was 89.27%at 3 months post-treatment.In the course of treatment,the incidence of pain and transient erythema was 11.67%,most of them were mild,and no serious adverse reactions occurred.There was a positive correlation between the effect of photoelectricity therapy and non-tension scars on the face and limbs,early treatment,three or more treatments(P<0.01).The patient satisfaction was 90.83%.Conclusion The early intervention of photoelectric therapy has definite clinical efficacy and high safety for traumatic scar in Chinese population.
