苏州推进传统制造业转型升级的路径研究--以紧固件行业为例

摘　　要：实现制造强国战略目标,必须加快制造业转型升级,推动传统产业向中高端迈进,其中紧固件行业的转型任务尤为艰巨。苏州紧固件企业规模小、产业结构不合理、技术工艺装备落后、研发能力弱、产业集中度不高等问题严重制约了紧固件行业的发展。实现紧固件行业转型升级需要产业集聚,采用“飞地经济”模式,培植“专精特新”小巨人企业,坚持生态优先的绿色发展,建立现代企业制度,通过政、行、企协同治理,培育紧固件高端人才,助力企业抱团“出海”。To achieve the strategic goal of becoming a powerful manufacturing country,we must accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry and promote traditional industries towards medium and high-end ones.The transformation task of the fastener industry is particularly arduous.The problems including small-scale of fastener enterprises,unreasonable industrial structure,backward technology and equipment,weak R&D capacity and low industrial concentration in Suzhou have seriously restricted the development of that industry.To realize the transformation and upgrading of the fastener industry requires industrial agglomeration,the adoption of the“enclave economy”model,the cultivation of“Specialized,refined,special and new”small giant enterprises,the adherence to ecological priority and green development,the establishment of a modern enterprise system,the cooperation with government,industry and enterprises,the fostering of high-end fastener talents,and the assistance to the enterprises’“going global”in groups.
