摘  要:厌氧发酵生产沼气、酶解糖化生产乙醇等生物转化技术是利用农作物秸秆的有效方法。但由于玉米秸秆本身具备的紧凑木质纤维素结构使其对酶水解具有较强的抗性,导致其生物转化和可利用价值降低。因此为了提高玉米秸秆的生物利用价值,必须要对玉米秸秆进行预处理,破坏其原有结构。在各种预处理方法中,碱性试剂预处理方法因其工艺相对简单,已成为最可行的玉米秸秆预处理方案。综述了目前国内外烧碱、纯碱、氨、石灰等玉米秸秆碱性预处理技术的最新研究进展,并介绍了碱性预处理技术的发展方向,为玉米秸秆生物转化利用预处理方法的选择提供参考。Biotransformation technologies such as biogas production by anaerobic fermentation and ethanol production by enzymatic saccharification were effective methods for use of crop straws.However,due to the compact lignocellulose structure of corn stalks,which had strong resistance to enzymatic hydrolysis,resulting in reduced biotransformation and useful value.Therefore,in order to improve the biological value of corn stalks,the corn stalks must be pretreated to destroy its original structure.Among various pretreatment methods,the alkaline reagent pretreatment method had become the most feasible corn stover pretreatment program due to its relatively simple process.It summarized the latest research progress of alkaline pretreatment technologies for corn stalks at home and abroad,such as caustic soda,soda ash,ammonia,lime,etc.,and introduced the development direction of alkaline pretreatment technologies,and provided options for the selection of pretreatment methods for corn stalk bioconversion and utilization reference.
