摘  要:以厦门某线B型铝合金地铁中间车车体为研究对象,依据地铁车体结构的力学性能特点,基于Hypermesh软件建立了铝合金地铁车体的有限元模型,对车窗、门角等圆弧位置采用节点对应的方式过渡并细化网格,以提高网格质量与计算精度。依据EN12663-2010《铁道应用——轨道车身的结构要求》标准,计算车体结构在主要工况下的应力分布。介绍了车体强度现场试验情况,对车窗、门角位置测试点的测试结果与仿真计算结果进行了对比,结果表明,地铁车体的实际应力测试值与理论计算值变化趋势基本一致,二者相对误差保持在10%以内,验证了网格划分方式的正确性,为以后车体的有限元建模提供了参考。最后对应力的实际测试值与计算值并没有完全吻合的原因进行了分析。Taking a B-type aluminum alloy subway car body in Xiamen as the research object,according to the mechanical properties of the subway car body structure,a finite element model of the aluminum alloy subway car body is established based on the Hypermesh software,and the arc positions of the windows and door corners are determined.Transition and refine the grid in a node-corresponding way to improve grid quality and calculation accuracy.According to EN12663-2010 Railway Application-rail Car Body Structure Requirement standard,calculate the stress distribution of car body structure under main working conditions.The field test of car body strength is introduced.The test results of test points of the window and door corner positions are compared with the simulation calculation results.The results show that the actual stress test value of the subway car body is basically the same as the theoretical calculation value.The relative error of the two is kept within 10%,which verifies the correctness of the meshing method,and provides an empirical reference for the finite element modeling of the car body in the future.The comparison result shows that the actual test value of the stress and the calculated value do not completely coincide,and the reasons for this situation are analyzed.
