摘　　要：肿瘤是目前临床较为常见的内科疾病之一,患者由于体内的组织细胞出现增殖情况,使细胞调控状态失去稳定性,最终引发肿瘤。肿瘤受发病部位、肿瘤细胞增殖范围等因素影响,表现的类型也不相同,并且存在不同的疾病症状反应,而肿瘤患者在治疗期间,对其实施相应的护理干预措施具有十分重要的辅助作用。文章就当前临床护理工作中存在的问题以及集束化护理干预模式的应用现状,并结合相应护理流程,分析集束化护理措施在肿瘤患者中的效果以及重要性,并以此为根据,提出相应完善建议,为今后临床研究提供基础资料。Tumor is currently one of the more common medical diseases in clinic, but the tissue cells in the patient’s body proliferate excessively, and the cell regulation state will lose its stability, which will eventually cause the tumor. The tumor is affected by factors such as the site of occurrence and the range of tumor cell proliferation. There are many types of tumor manifested and different disease symptoms. During the treatment of tumor patients, corresponding nursing interventions should be implemented, which has a very important supporting role. This article analyzes the effects and importance of clustered nursing measures in tumor patients based on the existing problems in current clinical nursing work and the application status of clustered nursing intervention models, combined with the corresponding nursing process, and accordingly put forward corresponding improvement suggestions to provide basic data for future related clinical research.
