摘　　要：目的:分析天池伤科流派手法结合手三里动针法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:收集2013年8月-2021年5月就诊的急性腰扭伤患者128例,应用天池伤科流派手法结合针刺手三里动针法治疗。观察其临床疗效。结果:128例患者治疗1~3次,总有效率达95.31%。结论:天池伤科流派手法结合手三里动针法治疗急性腰扭伤疗效显著,可以显著改善患者疼痛,恢复速度快,方法简便,值得临床推广运用。Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy of manipulation of Tianchi traumatology school combined with Shousanli moving needling in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain. Methods: A total of 128 patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain from August 2012 to May 2021 were collected, they were treated with Tianchi Traumatology School manipulation combined with Shousanli moving needling acupuncture. The clinical efficacy was observed. Results: After 1-3 treatments, the total effective rate of 128 patients was 95.31%. Conclusion: Tianchi traumatology school manipulation combined with Shousanli moving needling has significant effect in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain, it can significantly improve the pain of patients, achieve rapid recovery, have simple and convenient method, so it is worthy of clinical generalization and application.
