牙周护理干预对牙周维护治疗效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析牙周护理干预对牙周维护治疗效果的影响。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年10月长沙市口腔医院接受牙周维护治疗的患者94例,随机分为两组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理;试验组实施牙周护理干预。比较两组患者牙周指标水平及口腔正确保健行为情况。结果:试验组干预后探诊深度、菌斑指数、牙龈沟出血指数及牙龈出血指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组刷牙时间>3 min、使用牙缝刷或牙线、采用Bass刷牙法的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:牙周护理干预能够有效提高接受牙周维护治疗患者的正确口腔保健行为,改善患者牙龈出血、菌斑等牙周指标水平。Objective: To analyze the influence of periodontal nursing intervention on the effect of periodontal maintenance treatment.Methods: From October 2018 to October 2020,94 patients who received periodontal maintenance treatment in Changsha Stomatological Hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given periodontal care intervention.The periodontal index levels and correct oral health behaviors of the two groups were compared.Results: After intervention,the probing depth,plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival bleeding index of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of brushing time > 3 min,using interdental brush or dental floss,and using Bass brushing method in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Periodontal nursing intervention can effectively improve the correct oral health behaviors of patients receiving periodontal maintenance treatment,and improve the level of periodontal indicators such as gingival bleeding and plaque.
