耳穴埋籽促进产后乳汁分泌的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探究产后采用耳穴埋籽促进乳汁分泌的临床效果。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年11月邳州市中医院产妇68例,利用摸球法分为研究组和对照组,各34例。研究组采用耳穴埋籽护理,对照组采用常规护理。观察两组临床效果。结果:研究组乳房涨度积分、血清泌乳素水平以及泌乳始动时间均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:产妇产后采取耳穴埋籽,能够有效促进乳汁分泌,降低并发症发生率,提高产妇护理满意度,临床值得推广应用。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of postpartum ear point seed embedding on promoting milk secretion.Methods:From December 2019 to November 2020, 68 puerpera in Pizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into study group and control group by using the ball touching method,with 34 cases in each group.The study group used ear point seed embedding nursing and control group used conventional nursing.Clinical effect in the two groups was observed.Results: The breast swelling score,serum prolactin level and lactation onset time of the study group were better than those of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group was lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Postpartum ear point seed embedding can effectively promote milk secretion,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the puerpera’s satisfaction with nursing,and deserve clinical promotion and application.
